William M. McKenzie, M.D., M.P.H.

William M. McKenzie, M.D., M.P.H., completed undergraduate studies at the Citadel in Charleston, S.C. and his medical degree at Bowman Gray School of Medicine.  He completed an internship and residency training in family practice at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Dr. McKenzie received a Master’s in Public Health at the University of South Carolina’s School of Public Health.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1978-1980, obtaining the rank of Captain.  He also served as a team physician for the University of South Carolina. 

He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Family Practice and has additional certification in sports medicine. He specializes in occupational medicine, sports medicine and urgent care.
