Diabetes Management Program
Our Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Clinical Dietitian lead this in-depth course designed to provide diabetes education to people with Type 2 diabetes or others wishing to learn more about this disease and its management. All aspects of diabetes management are covered in this course. Classes are offered weekly. Call 238.4409 for information or to enroll. Informational offerings on a variety of health and wellness topics including proper nutrition, diet monitoring, exercise and many others are available to the public.
