Sibling Classes
Preparing a young child for the arrival of a new baby brother or sister is a focus of our educational process. Special sessions are held each quarter to prepare young children for the new arrival. The sessions are held on Saturdays and include videos, refreshments and a tour of the Birthing Center.
Pre-Registration
You will save valuable time when you arrive to deliver your baby if you complete the pre-registration process. This can be done any time during your pregnancy. Bring your registration form and your insurance information to the Admitting Office located off the Emergency Department lobby. Once you are in labor, you will need to check by Admitting to let them know you have arrived. You will then be taken directly to Labor and Delivery.
Visitation Policy
We ask you to limit your visitors due to our desire to provide a safe and secure environment for you and your new baby. Our emphasis is on infection control and infant security. Two to four people are generally allowed in the labor-delivery room to support the laboring woman.
